Refund policy
Returns: Merchandise may not be returned without written or verbal authorization. All returned goods to be shipped freight prepaid. Up to a 20% restocking charge will be assessed on all returned items.
Damages & Shortages: All shortages, damaged goods or concealed damage on shipments must be reported to us within 48 hours after received. Notify your carrier and secure an inspection report for damaged goods. Unless you do this, the carrier will not honor your claim.
