Terms of Sale

Terms: Net 15 Days, unless otherwise stated. All orders are subject to acceptance by P.A. Products, Inc., in accordance with our sales policy.

Freight: All orders are F.O.B. our warehouse, Livonia, MI, unless otherwise specified. UPS shipping charges will be added to invoice. Truck freight charges will be collected at time of delivery.

Returns: Merchandise may not be returned without written or verbal authorization. All returned goods to be shipped freight prepaid. Up to a 20% restocking charge will be assessed on all returned items.

Prices: We will always try to give proper notification when new prices are necessary; but we must reserve the right to change prices without notice. Prices will be those in effect at time of shipment.

Damages & Shortages: All shortages, damaged goods or concealed damage on shipments must be reported to us within 48 hours after received. Notify your carrier and secure an inspection report for damaged goods. Unless you do this, the carrier will not honor your claim.

Printing: We cannot be responsible for printing errors.

Out-of-State Taxes and Use Tax: Items purchased for delivery outside of our registered taxing jurisdictions may be subject to sales or use tax depending on the destination state and local laws. You, the buyer, are solely responsible for determining, paying, and reporting any applicable sales, use, or other taxes to your local taxing authorities. We do not collect sales or use taxes for all 50 states. If we do not collect a sales tax on your order, your purchase may still be subject to a 'use tax' in your state of residence, and you may be legally required to report and pay that tax directly to your state's department of revenue. You agree that we are not responsible for calculating, collecting, or remitting sales tax for orders shipped to states where we do not maintain a tax collection nexus. The total price of your order includes only the taxes we are legally required to collect.
